We’re happy to welcome you to the new website for District Velocity Racing, a cycling team based in Washington, D.C. Having just started our second season in the Mid-Atlantic racing season, we’ll be using this blog to share thoughts on racing, training, team results and why taxes on capital gains are inherently unconstitutional. OK, maybe not so much that last one, but plenty of cycling for sure.
